We are currently seeking an Architect with 3+ years of experience to join our in-house team and be actively involved across the full lifecycle of our developments — from concept design through to implementation on site.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute architectural design studies for residential and commercial projects, including layouts, detailed drawings, and high-quality 3D visualisations.
• Design and coordinate interior and exterior spaces, including lobbies, communal areas and landscaped areas.
• Prepare detailed technical drawings and specifications, including:
• Lighting layouts
• Woodwork
• Produce photorealistic renders and presentations using professional 3D rendering software.
• Participate in client meetings, present design concepts, and incorporate feedback into refined solutions.
• Visit suppliers, showrooms, and project sites to select materials, finishes, fixtures, and furnishings aligned with the design intent.
• Collaborate closely with contractors, engineers, and site managers to ensure accurate implementation of design documentation.
• Coordinate project progress and maintain quality control throughout all design and construction stages.
• Prepare and present project updates to clients and internal teams.
• Assist with cost estimation and budgeting in coordination with project and procurement teams.
• Identify and recommend software and tools to enhance design and visualization workflows.
Skills & Qualifications
Mandatory
• Minimum 3 years professional experience as an Architect.
• Excellent AutoCAD skills (essential).
• Strong 3D modelling and rendering ability (SketchUp, Lumion, or similar).
• High attention to detail and strong design sensibility.
Preferred
• Experience with residential and/or commercial developments.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
