Role and Responsibilities Summary

We are currently seeking a sales consultant for the position of Digital Services Consultant, to join our Sales team and help us continue our growth. The successful candidate, will be responsible for driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with prospects and closing deals.

Job Responsibilities include:

• Listen and Understand client needs and translate them into customized technology solutions and services to address those needs.
• Promotion of Tsiakkastel Solutions and services to new and existing customers.
• Ability to deliver presentations to customers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with prospects and clients through regular communication and meetings.
• Follow technology and market trends as well as competitive activity and identify & develop new business opportunities.
• Expected to work and meet/ exceed specific quantitative and qualitative sales targets.
• Area of focus is Nicosia but expected to contribute across Cyprus as per the needs of the Tsiakkastel.
• The successful candidate will go through a training program in collaboration with our international partners.

Required Skills and Qualifications: 

• Academic qualification in relevant subjects.
• Preferred but not mandatory experience in sales, preferably in IT solutions and services (Background in Sales).
• Expected to work within and achieve a set of targets.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to learn through self-study and webinars or online trainings and follow certification paths.
• Fluency in Greek and English, both verbal and written.

Additional Notes:

Must have valid driver’s license.

We are offering a competitive remuneration package which includes 13th Salary, Provident Fund and target-based bonus scheme.

• Working hours: 8:00 – 16:30 (Monday – Thursday) and 8:00 – 13:00 on Fridays (Friday afternoon Off)
