American Medical Center / American Heart Institute an ISO 27001 and Cyber Essential Plus certified organization is seeking to recruit an IT Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- IT Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute and IT strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives, focusing on innovations.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals.
- Infrastructure management: Oversee the maintenance and improvement of our IT Infrastructure including severs, networks, end user stations
- Security Management: Implement and enforce robust security measures to protect sensitive data
- Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers to ensure cost-effective solutions and timely support.
- Performing routine audits of systems & software and resolving possible problems identified from the audit.
- Administering the Company’s ticketing system and responding to staff’s requests in a timely manner.
- Providing support and training to employees on IT related issues.
- Budget Oversight: Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost control.
- Any other ad-hoc IT related duties in the Nicosia and Limassol premises.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience of at least 5 years in a similar role.
- Experience in team management, decision-making and excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ensure cybersecurity protocols are robust and maintain compliance with data protection regulations (GDPR)
- Strong knowledge of Network and Server Infrastructure, Azure AD, Microsoft 365, Hyper-visors, Backup solutions.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate working in a multi-cultural, multi-denominational environment.
- Excellent knowledge of Greek and English language.
- Effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organisational skills.
- Relevant certifications such as MCSA, CCNA, CISSP, PMP or ITIL are desirable.
