Company seeks to recruit an individual to the position of Corporate Officer.

Description of responsibilities:

Incorporation of Cyprus and International companies and provision of corporate services

Preparation of documents for corporate changes
-
Submission and execution of corporate changes to the Registrar of Companies
-
Preparation of Annual General Meetings
-
Preparation and execution of Resolutions
-
Monitor Due Diligence procedure for clients
-
Liaising with other departments to ensure timely statutory filings of client portfolio.

Manage correspondence and filing
Requirements: Corporate Administrator
-
Fluent in English and Greek language
-
University degree in relevant subject is preferable e.g. business, accounting, law
-
Strong computer skills especially in MS Office applications
-
Excellent Communication skills
-
Strong Organizational and multi-tasking skills
-
At least 1-year prior experience in the sector
