We are looking for a Jr Accountant to do bookkeeping, support in financial reports, inventory and operations tasks, ensuring compliance and efficiency

Duties & Responsibilities :
Prepare and record daily financial transactions (e.g., expenses, bank deposits, transfers, purchases, and shipping charges) in accounting software, ensuring all supporting documents (e.g., invoices, receipts) are attached.
Maintain accurate records of company assets, including physical status, labeling, costs, and depreciation calculations.
Handle office petty cash, ensuring approved disbursements and maintaining cash levels per policy.
Review, verify, and correct monthly purchase records for accuracy.
Maintain an updated inventory status, conducting continuous physical counts and reporting discrepancies to the Internal Office Manager.

Professional Background:
0-1 year of experience in accounting, finance, operations, or related fields.
