Adboard Media Ltd is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrator/ Personal Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide essential support to our staff, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our daily activities. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining records.
Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments for team members.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
- Maintain and update electronic and paper filing systems.
- Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations.
- Order and maintain office supplies.
- Greet visitors and provide general administrative support.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Administrator/ Personal Assistant or in a similar role for a minimum of two years.
- Degree or diploma in Secretarial Studies, Business administration or related field.
- Excellent command of Greek and English languages (written and spoken).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
