Role Description

This is a senior-level position ideal for a commercially driven professional with a background in law, tax, accounting (ACCA/ACA), or banking, and a proven track record in international business development.

As a Senior Business Development Executive, you will help drive Highworth’s international expansion by engaging with foreign law firms, tax advisors, intermediaries, non-Cypriot companies, and entrepreneurs looking to establish or relocate corporate structures to Cyprus.

You will work as part of a collaborative, high-performing team with autonomy, clear goals, and support to succeed.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across multiple markets
  • Leverage technical knowledge (legal, tax, accounting, or structuring) to design relevant and compliant solutions for prospects
  • Build and nurture relationships with law firms, intermediaries, family offices, and institutional clients
  • Conduct market research to assess growth opportunities and segment-specific strategies
  • Coordinate with legal, accounting, and compliance teams to present complete client proposals
  • Represent Highworth at international conferences, events, and B2B meetings
  • Maintain CRM records, pipeline activity, and performance metrics
  • Support cross-selling and up-selling initiatives across existing client accounts

Qualifications
  • Qualified in law, tax, ACA, ACCA, or banking/finance
  • Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in business development, client acquisition, or strategic partnerships, ideally within a CSP, law firm, advisory, or financial institution
  • In-depth understanding of the Cyprus corporate services landscape
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Greek and other languages are an advantage)
  • Commercially confident, detail-oriented, and results-driven
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to navigate complex B2B relationships
