We are looking for a talented and passionate Massage Therapist who values high service standards, personalized care, and creating a truly relaxing and restorative experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform professional massage and body treatments
• Deliver exceptional customer care and create a welcoming, relaxing atmosphere
• Conduct consultations and recommend suitable treatments and wellness programs
• Maintain high hygiene, safety, and professional standards at all times
• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure cleanliness and organization
• Work collaboratively with the team to provide a seamless guest experience
• Support the premium image and service standards of Sentara Beauty Space

Requirements

• Professional certification or diploma in Massage Therapy, Spa Therapy, Physiotherapy, or a related field
• Previous experience in massage therapy
• Knowledge of different massage techniques (relaxing, sports, deep tissue, lymphatic drainage, anti-stress, etc.)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive, professional, high work ethic and client-oriented attitude
• Strong attention to detail and hygiene standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
