Athena Polyclinic: Ζητείται Clinic Administrator / Executive Assistant – Λάρνακα

Athena Polyclinic in Larnaca is seeking a Clinic Administrator / Executive Assistant for a key role managing the clinic’s day-to-day administration, team coordination, payments, reporting, and operational follow-up.

Key Responsibilities
• Full administrative management of the clinic and daily office operations
• Coordination and general management of the clinic team (doctors/nurses/admin/support)
• Management of payments, collections, and reconciliations (tracking, control, follow-ups)
• Hands-on work with Cyprus Ministry of Health / GESY processes and ongoing requirements
• Preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports (operational and financial)
• Independent work, directly reporting to and working closely with the Clinic Manager

Requirements (Must Have)
• High-level English (spoken and written)
• Strong command of Excel and Word
• Proven experience with GESY and relevant Ministry of Health systems/processes in Cyprus
• Availability for a full-time position in Larnaca
• Highly organized, responsible, able to work independently with strong management skills
Advantage
• Knowledge/experience in bookkeeping / basic accounting or working with accountants, suppliers, banks
