Parking Agent
Avis Budget Rent A Car is currently looking to recruit Parking Agent to join our team in Larnaca airport. The Parking Agent will be
responsible for managing rental car deliveries, collections and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers at the parking area.
- Delivery and collection of rental cars.
- Conduct vehicle inspections before and after rentals.
- Provide customers with a clear understanding of the basic functions and equipment of rental cars and offer solutions to any concerns
they may have. - Communicate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Oversee parking operations and ensure parking lot is organized and clean
Requirements
- Very good command of the English language.
- Valid driver’s license for manual and automatic cars
- Good driving record
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve customer service issues
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work flexible days and hours.
