A.E.Z. Trust and Upper Quality Services Ltd, a financial services provider based in Nicosia, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our Accounting Department This position is focused exclusively on accounting duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate client accounting records
- Prepare and submit VAT returns
- Prepare and submit tax declarations
- Manage and reconcile bank accounts
- Manage receivables and clients, including issuing invoices and receipts
- Communicate with and reconcile accounts of debtors and creditors
- Prepare audit files and documentation
- Maintain both electronic and physical filing systems
- Provide accounting support, guidance, and consultation to clients
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or LCCI Higher in Accounting
- Excellent computer literacy
- Strong command of both Greek and English (written and verbal)
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of discretion, politeness, and professionalism
- Reliability, responsibility, and organizational skills

Working Hours:
Monday – Thursday: 08:00 a.m. – 17:00 p.m. (30-minute lunch break)
Friday: 08:00 a.m. – 14:00 p.m.
