Summertimes Travel ltd: Ζητείται Office Administrator – Λεμεσός

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates with hotels for rooms availability and confirmation of reservations.

  • Managing phone calls and other forms of correspondence (emails).

  • Receive, monitor and process requests for:

    • Hotel accommodation reservations

    • Local excursions reservations

  • Coordinates with external local sales suppliers and confirmation of reservations.

  • Coordinates with transport suppliers for pre-booked transfers of guests.

  • Identify and report problems to the Department Manager.

  • Creating and maintaining filing system.

  • You may be required to undertake other ad-hoc tasks as required by the Operations Manager i.e., report preparations, sales analysis.

Requirements & Experience:

  • College degree or equivalent diploma.

  • Hospitality related qualification, or experience in a similar position will be considered as advantage.

  • Fast learner.

  • Fluency in English (verbal & written).

  • Knowledge of other languages (German, Dutch or Polish) will be considered as advantage.

  • Computer literature with very good Microsoft Office knowledge (Word, Excel, and Outlook in particular).

  • Attention to detail.

  • Organizational and communicational skills.
