Duties & Responsibilities:

Coordinates with hotels for rooms availability and confirmation of reservations.

Managing phone calls and other forms of correspondence (emails).

Receive, monitor and process requests for:
-
Hotel accommodation reservations
-
Local excursions reservations
-
-
Coordinates with external local sales suppliers and confirmation of reservations.
-
Coordinates with transport suppliers for pre-booked transfers of guests.
-
Identify and report problems to the Department Manager.
-
Creating and maintaining filing system.
-
You may be required to undertake other ad-hoc tasks as required by the Operations Manager i.e., report preparations, sales analysis.
Requirements & Experience:
-
College degree or equivalent diploma.
-
Hospitality related qualification, or experience in a similar position will be considered as advantage.
-
Fast learner.
-
Fluency in English (verbal & written).
-
Knowledge of other languages (German, Dutch or Polish) will be considered as advantage.
-
Computer literature with very good Microsoft Office knowledge (Word, Excel, and Outlook in particular).

Attention to detail.
-
Organizational and communicational skills.
Working hours: 40 hours per week with flexible working shifts
