Job Position: Office Administrator

Working for: Aphrodite Hills Property Management Ltd

Reporting to: Resort Chief Engineer

Location: Aphrodite Hills Resort, Paphos

Job Summary:

The Office Administrator – Property Management supports the efficient operation of the Property Management Department at Aphrodite Hills Resort by providing comprehensive administrative and coordination assistance. The role involves managing office communications, maintaining accurate records and documentation, supporting engineers with daily tasks, monitoring internal systems, and preparing cost control and operational reports. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure smooth workflows while demonstrating high attention to detail, professionalism, and strong organizational skills.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

⁃Organizing the office by managing phone calls, internal & external correspondence

⁃Organizing the filing needed for the department (invoices, price lists, reports, purchase orders)

⁃Monitor the internal system and advise the engineers accordingly.

⁃Assisting the engineers of the department in their daily tasks as needed

⁃Prepare various reports (cost control)

⁃Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure smooth operations.

⁃Performing any additional ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements and Qualifications:

⁃At least 1-year previous experience in similar position

⁃Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Greek

⁃Knowledge of MS Office (World, Excel)

⁃Previous experience in the field of Property Management will be considered as an advantage.

⁃High attention to detail

⁃Integrity and professionalism

⁃Strong skills involving problem solving.

⁃Organizational and time management skills.

⁃Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

⁃EU citizen or EU work permit holder
