Golden Comet Marine is seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as an Office Administrator.
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team in Limassol as an Office Administrator. This role offers a dynamic and challenging environment where you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our office.
Our working hours are Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:30 with a lunch break from 13:00 – 14:30.
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Director.
Manage all incoming and outgoing correspondence, maintaining professional filing systems.
Prepare and process a variety of documents, including letters, quotations, and authorization letters.
Handle telephone inquiries with efficiency and courtesy.
Assist the Accountant with daily tasks such as, invoicing, receipts and organizing payments.
Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
Perform other standard administrative duties as needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Office Administrator.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Greek.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
