Accounting assistant

ServPRO Accountants & Consultants is looking to hire a dedicated and detail-oriented accounting assistant to join our professional team in Nicosia. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with a strong foundation in accounting to grow within a dynamic practice environment, supporting a diverse range of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bookkeeping and maintenance of accounting records for client companies
• Preparation of management accounts
• VAT preparation and submission in accordance with local tax regulations
• Payroll processing and related statutory compliance
• Communication with clients to address accounting and financial matters
• Support with other accounting-related tasks as needed

Candidate Profile:

• LCCI Higher or similar accounting certificate is required
• A degree in Accounting, Finance, will be an advantage
• Experience in accounting or audit is a plus
• Basic knowledge of accounting and VAT principles
• Comfortable using accounting software
• Good attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Good command of English
