Key Responsibilities

1. Administration

  • Data maintenance and reconciliations.
  • Bookkeeping and Filing.
  • Request freight quotations.

2. Accounts Payable & Receivable

  • Process supplier invoices, verify purchase orders, and ensure timely payments to suppliers.
  • Process customer invoices, follow up on outstanding payments, and manage collections efficiently.

3. Taxation & Compliance

  • Submit VAT and Intrastat.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education: Preferably a bachelor’s degree in accounting or any relevant degree.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in trading companies, shipping companies, accounting companies, distribution companies or any relevant companies.

Preferable Skills:

  • Knowledge of accounting principles.
  • Knowledge of accounting software is considered an advantage.
  • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent organisation to prevent errors and improve efficiency.
  • Excellent Knowledge of the English and Greek languages, both verbal and written.

Benefits:

  • 13 monthly generous salaries annually
  • Monday-Friday 8:00 – 16:30
  • 21 paid leaves
