PMG Constantinou Limited: Ζητείται Bookkeeper & Operations Coordinator – Λεμεσός
Key Responsibilities
1. Administration
- Data maintenance and reconciliations.
- Bookkeeping and Filing.
- Request freight quotations.
2. Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Process supplier invoices, verify purchase orders, and ensure timely payments to suppliers.
- Process customer invoices, follow up on outstanding payments, and manage collections efficiently.
3. Taxation & Compliance
- Submit VAT and Intrastat.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Preferably a bachelor’s degree in accounting or any relevant degree.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in trading companies, shipping companies, accounting companies, distribution companies or any relevant companies.
Preferable Skills:
- Knowledge of accounting principles.
- Knowledge of accounting software is considered an advantage.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent organisation to prevent errors and improve efficiency.
- Excellent Knowledge of the English and Greek languages, both verbal and written.
Benefits:
- 13 monthly generous salaries annually
- Monday-Friday 8:00 – 16:30
- 21 paid leaves
