Globalserve Consultants Ltd a licensed Corporate Provider and Accounting firm based in Limassol seeks to recruit a high calibre individual as Office Administrator and Collections Department Officer.
Description of responsibilities:

Manage company correspondence including phone calls, emails, letters, and couriers
-
Maintain and organise the reception area while welcoming clients and visitors
-
Perform general office administration duties
-
Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries
-
Issue invoices and receipts
-
Manage the collections process
-
Preparation and submission of Annual Returns to the Registrar of companies
-
Perform basic KYC for clients
Qualifications
-
Excellent Communication skills
-
Fast learner
-
Problem solving and creative person
-
Strong Organizational and multi-tasking skills
-
Fluent in Greek and English
-
Strong computer skills especially in MS Office applications, knowledge of Profit Maker system will be considered an advantage
-
Previous experience in a similar role will be considered an advantage
Working hours
Monday – Thursday 8.00 – 13.00, 13.30 – 17.00
Friday 8.00 – 13.00
