Sales & Marketing Expert
Join a Market Leader in Outdoor Advertising
SuperAd, leaders in Outdoor Advertising, is seeking to hire a Sales & Marketing Expert to join our Sales Department.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, developing client relationships, negotiating agreements, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential clients via email, phone, and face-to-face meetings to present our advertising solutions, we would be pleased to meet you.
Responsibilities
Conduct market research to identify new selling opportunities and evaluate customer needs
Actively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
Prepare and deliver professional presentations on the company’s products and services
Negotiate and close deals, effectively handling objections and client concerns
Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
Collaborate with internal teams to achieve improved sales results
Gather feedback from customers and prospects and share insights with internal teams
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, or Public Relations
Proven experience as a Sales Executive, preferably within the Advertising & Marketing sector
Strong understanding of marketing, sales, and negotiation techniques
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities
Strong time management and problem-solving skills
Pleasant, professional attitude with the ability to contribute positively as part of a team
Fluency in Greek & English (spoken and written)
Excellent computer skills (MS Office)
Experience with CRM program will be considered an advantage
Valid driving licence
