About the Role:  

We are seeking a dynamic, organized, and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day HR and Payroll operations across our diverse portfolio of businesses, with a strong focus on administration, coordination, and employee support.

 Job Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Employer Branding
  • Support the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, CV screening, interview coordination, and preparation of employment offers.
  • Assist with recruitment-related communication, scheduling, and documentation.
  • Participate in career fairs, university outreach programs, and hospitality-industry networking events.
  • Onboarding, Induction & Employee Support
  • Coordinate and support employee onboarding and induction programs, including orientation sessions, training schedules, and offices tours.
  • Assist employees with accommodation and transportation arrangements to company properties, where applicable.
  • HR Administration & Employee Records
  • Prepare and support the administration of employment contracts, including renewals, amendments, and terminations in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records through the HRMS.
  • Ensure compliance with Cyprus employment legislation and internal HR policies.
  • Manage HR documentation, filing systems, and personnel records in both digital and physical formats.
  • Payroll & Time Management Support
  • Assist with payroll administration by collecting, verifying, and processing attendance, annual leave, sick leave, and other payroll-related data.
  • Ensure accurate data entry into payroll and time-attendance systems.
  • Support employee scheduling, time tracking, and leave management processes.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in HR Administration or Payroll, ideally within the hospitality or service industry will be considered as an advantage.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, particularly during peak operational periods.
  • Fluency in English and Greek; additional languages are an advantage.
