We are a well-established, independent advertising and communications agency based in Nicosia, working with ambitious brands across multiple industries. As our client portfolio continues to evolve, we are looking for an Account Executive with solid agency experience who understands both the creative and commercial sides of agency life — and knows how to turn ideas into well-executed work.

This role is ideal for someone ready to take ownership of accounts, manage projects with confidence, and act as a reliable link between clients, creative teams, and external partners.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Acting as the main point of contact for assigned clients and building trusted, long-term relationships
• Managing client accounts from brief to delivery, including timelines, budgets, and day-to-day coordination
• Translating business objectives into clear, actionable briefs for creative, digital, and production teams
• Coordinating and overseeing integrated campaigns across digital, social, print, radio, outdoor, and other channels
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time, on brief, and to a high standard
• Preparing and presenting proposals, presentations, reports, and campaign evaluations
• Contributing to strategic discussions and offering input on campaign direction and execution
• Liaising with external partners, suppliers, and collaborators when required
• Supporting internal team flow and assisting junior colleagues where needed
• Maintaining brand consistency, quality, and agency standards across all deliverables

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in an advertising or communications agency
• Proven experience managing multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously
• Good understanding of integrated campaigns, with hands-on exposure to digital and social media
• Confidence in client communication, meetings, and day-to-day coordination
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage priorities under pressure
• Clear and professional communication skills, written and verbal
• Fluency in Greek and English
• A proactive, solutions-focused attitude with a sense of responsibility and ownership
