A. G. Leventis Gallery: Ζητείται Office Administrator – Λευκωσία

Reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrator to manage daily office operations, handle telephone communications and RSVP coordination and provide operational support to other departments of the AGLG, such as The AGLG Shop.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and organization.
• Answer, screen and direct incoming calls in a professional manner.
• Greet office visitors and handle front-desk responsibilities.
• Manage office calendars and assist with meeting and appointment scheduling.
• Coordinate RSVP list for events and functions of the Gallery.
• Perform general administrative tasks, such as archiving and document preparation.
• Keep stock of office and cleaning supplies and place orders when necessary.
• Manage travel arrangments and audit travel expense claims.
• Coordinate with the shop team to assist with receiving and preparing new stock and large corporate orders, when help is needed.
• Any other related duties as assigned by the management.

WORK HOURS & BENEFITS:

• Monday-Friday 08:30-16:30, with half-hour lunch break
• 13 months’ salary
• Medical Plan
• Provident Fund, upon completion of a 6-month trial period

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in office administrator or administrative support
• Familiarity with inventory
• Strong organizational, multitasking and time-management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communcation skills in Greek and English
• Profienciency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Fluent in both Greek and English
• Bachelor’s degree
