We’re expanding our team!

We are looking for dedicated, motivated, and creative architects to join our team based in Larnaca.

• Prepare drawings and present design ideas for review

• Develop final construction plans showing building appearance and construction details

• Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, fire regulations, and planning laws

• Make necessary revisions throughout the planning process

• Supervise projects during construction

• Ability to provide elegant and efficient design solutions

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• High attention to detail

• Ability to work under indirect supervision

• Effective interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach

• Technically creative and open-minded

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution

• 5–7 years of architectural experience

• Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, construction methods, building systems, and site requirements

• Proficiency in 𝗔𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗖𝗔𝗗, 𝗣𝗵𝗼𝘁𝗼𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗠𝗶𝗰𝗿𝗼𝘀𝗼𝗳𝘁 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲.
