We’re on the lookout for a Receptionist who brings energy, charm, and provides consistent, high-quality service across all shifts!

Job Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out procedures.
• Go beyond the front desk — proactively engage with guests throughout their stay.
• Handle all cash floats and transactions accurately during your shift.
• Respond to guest queries and log all interactions for follow-up.
• Maintain clear shift handovers and communication with colleagues.
• Monitor guest credit balances and notify senior management when necessary.
• Assist guests with activities, company F&B outlets and transport bookings.
• Maintaining a clean and organized reception desk.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and refer any complex queries to the Front Office Management.
• Carry out assigned side duties as directed by the Front Office Management.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of front office experience within a 4-star or 5-star hotel or resort setting preferred.
• Excellent communication in English is essential. Fluency in Greek is a strong advantage.
• Great attention to detail and time management.
• Proven ability to provide outstanding service with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Comfortable working collaboratively in a high-energy, team-focused environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Professional appearance and a positive, proactive attitude.
• Experience with a front office software will be considered an advantage.
• Applicants must hold EU nationality without the need for a visa sponsor.
