Africanos Property Developers: Ζητείται Interior Designer – Λάρνακα

We are seeking to recruit an Interior Designer, who will be based in our
Office in Larnaca.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Facing clients & handling back-office responsibilities

• Arranging meetings with clients for interior design of properties

• Coordination and inspection of Company’s projects

• Coordination and dealing with Company’s clients’ requests

• Prepare letters/applications where necessary

• Sending faxes and emails

• Out-of-office duties when required

• Other clerical duties when necessary

• Provide various predesign services which may include conducting feasibility and environmental impact studies, selecting a site, or specifying the requirements the design must meet

• Prepare drawings and present ideas for review

• Review feedback from clients and make alterations according to clients’ and market needs

• Develop final construction plans that show the building’s appearance as well as details for its construction

• Follow building codes, zoning laws, fire regulations, and other ordinances

• Make necessary changes throughout the planning process

• Supervise projects from A to Z

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• A College or University Degree is required

• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience is mandatory

• Willingness to be trained

• Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD

• Excellent knowledge of Greek and English (verbal and written)

• Strong MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

REMUNERATION:
