Position Summary
We are looking for a motivated Office Administrator to join our team and ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our office. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee and coordinate daily office operations
• Manage correspondence, documentation, and filing systems
• Support management and staff with administrative tasks
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and external partners
• Assist in organizing meetings, schedules, and company events
• Ensure office supplies and resources are maintained
Requirements
• Relevant academic background and/or proven experience in office administration or a similar role
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office software
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Professional, proactive, and team-oriented attitude
