P & P Ice Cream Group: Ζητείται IT Support Officer – Λευκωσία

We are looking for Junior IT Support officer, to provide a wide array of IT services.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide support services to the Group’s users and shops in Nicosia
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving user problems (e.g., login errors, printer issues, Outlook, Wi-Fi)
• Run and handle the Group’s core business applications, such as its ERP, POS, and mobile sales platforms
• Support routine maintenance of IT equipment (cleaning, updates, replacements)
• Set up and configure new computers, mobile devices, handheld Android terminals, and printers
• Assist in monitoring network connectivity and reporting any outages or irregularities
• Help manage user accounts, passwords, and email setup (Microsoft Outlook /Office)
• Support basic troubleshooting of Wi-Fi and network printers
• Keep inventory records of computers, printers, and other IT assets

Qualifications:

• BSc in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
• Building & supporting Windows desktops (Windows 10 / 11)
• Hardware & generic software troubleshooting
• Microsoft SQL Server
• Microsoft Office and the related desktop applications
• Microsoft Windows Server
• Virtualization technologies (preferably VMware ESXi)
• Networking fundamentals
• ERP systems
• POS systems
• Ability to translate technical language to a non-technical audience
• Analytical and methodical approach to information gathering and fault diagnosis

Desirable:

• Elementary accounting knowledge
• Industry recognized certifications, such as Cisco, CompTIA, Microsoft, etc.
