We are currently looking for a motivated Office Administrator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
– General office coordination and administrative support
– Organizing and managing client files and documentation
– Assisting with appointment scheduling and follow-ups
– Supporting consultants with research and file preparation
– Communicating with public authorities and service providers
Requirements:
– Fluency in Greek & English (spoken and written)
– Eligible to work in Cyprus
– Excellent time management and organizational skills
– Positive attitude and strong attention to detail
– Willingness to learn about Cyprus laws, immigration, employment regulations, and more
