We are looking for an Operations Director to work a few hours per day.

Responsibilities:

• Signing contracts

• Managing bank transactions: statements, bill payments

• Issuing invoices to clients

• Maintaining basic spreadsheets for freelancer payments

• Organizing operational processes and document flow

Conditions:

• Flexible schedule

• Workspace in a modern coworking space in Limassol

• Opportunity to influence process organization

Additional information:

• Knowledge of the Ukrainian language is a plus

• Ukrainians with temporary protection status are welcome

• All candidates will be considered — with or without experience

• Physical presence in Cyprus is required
  (only candidates currently residing in Cyprus will be considered; remote applicants outside Cyprus will not be considered)
