Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing strategy or a similar role, preferably in the real estate or hospitality sectors.
- Expertise in data analysis, market research, and consumer behavior.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, SEO/SEM, and campaign management.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
