Due to the expansion of our operations, we are seeking an experienced and self-driven Development Manager for our upcoming prestigious Real Estate projects. The role requires close coordination and monitoring of all developments.

Role Description

• Organize and control the Project Development Process, from initial planning to construction completion, and handling over to clients.
• Set up controls and monitor all projects key parameters such as, budget, time frame and quality standards.
• Organize and coordinate Architects and Engineers to achieve project requirements.
• Oversee and review the preparation of drawings, technical specifications and tender documents.
• Organize, review and monitor all tender processes, evaluation and awards of contracts.
• Management and construction operations, ensuring the projects are completed within the preset parameters of time, budget and quality standards.
• Management of client changes.
• Organize handling over and delivery to clients.

Education and Experience

• University Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• 7 to 10 years relevant experience in the development or construction industry.
• Knowledge of the construction industry, design process and construction practices.
• Experience with managing high quality projects, villas and/or residential projects.
• Experience in assembling and leading a project from inception, planning, permitting, to award of tender, supervision of the construction process and the process of issuing of Title Deeds.
• In depth understanding of the construction contract, its terms and conditions.

Skills & Competencies

• Skilled in reading design and construction drawings for all disciplines.
• Ability to develop cost estimates, budget analysis and forecasting.
• Proficient in the Greek and English languages.
• Computing skills, including experience with Microsoft Office.
• Demonstrate ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks.
• Excellent Client Management and Internal communication skills.
• Solid Organizational skills including attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to manage productive relationships with the development team, key partners, clients and the community.

Remuneration
