Panchris Group: Ζητείται Purchasing Officer – Λάρνακα
Panchris Group is the leading organization in Cyprus in the animal nutrition and health industry and is looking for a person to fill the position of Purchasing Officer at the company’s headquarters in Larnaca, Cyprus.
Duties:
•Comparing and evaluating offers from suppliers
•Track purchase orders and ensure on-time delivery of goods
•Enter order details (e.g. vendors, products, quantities, prices) into internal databases
•Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery details and invoices
•Monitor inventory levels and initiate purchase orders as required.
•Coordinate with internal departments
•Communicate and coordinate with transportation and freight forwarding companies
•Handle other daily purchasing and administrative tasks as required
Qualifications:
•University Degree in Business Studies or Management or related field
•Previous experience will be considered an advantage
•Very good knowledge of oral and written English language
•Excellent knowledge of oral and written Greek language
•Strong attention to detail and ability to perform well under pressure
•Located in Larnaca district
