SOFTONE Cyprus – a leading business software provider – is looking for a Customer Services Administration Assistant to join our team in Nicosia.

The Role

The Customer Services Administration role provides administrative support to Channel Support & Custom Services Department by handling and redirecting all incoming calls and undertaking clerical tasks required to ensure the department’s smooth running.

Your Role

  • Greeting and welcoming clients and visitors
  • Managing and directing incoming calls and inquiries, ensuring prompt and accurate responses
  • Coordinating and scheduling appointments and meetings
  • Assisting in the preparation and distribution of documents, reports, and correspondence
  • Performing basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping
  • Supporting various departments across the organization as needed
  • Characterizing and assigning all emails of the mail account
  • Handling all incoming calls to support queue
  • Checking and closing services documents
  • Responsible for contracts activation

Qualifications & Skills

  • College degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Excellent knowledge of MS office suite
  • Excellent command of both Greek (required) and English (written and verbal)
  • Very good organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail, accuracy and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Prior experience in a similar role will be considered an advantage
