WELLSPRING TRADING LTD: Ζητείται Accountant – Λεμεσός

Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage creditor and debtor orders, invoices, receipts and payments into appropriate accounting software.
• Record transactions in the accounting software on a daily basis.
• Perform bank reconciliations on a specific timeline and manage banking duties required by the business.
• Prepare supplier’s reconciliations.
• Prepare and file the Quarterly VAT Returns.
• Submit the monthly VIES Declarations.
• Follow up outstanding debtors, maintaining records and providing reports.
• Deal with salesmen on monthly regarding sales, receipts and stocks.
• Perform regular stock taking when required
• Supervise orders when loaded onto the trucks for delivery and check for any discrepancies.
• Any other duties assigned by the Management
• Previous experience essential

Education

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and/or Holder of LCCI Higher and/or CAT Diploma.
• Excellent Knowledge of applying VAT principles.
• Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English Languages.
• Computer literacy (MS Office).

Working Days: 5
