Information Desk Clerk
MY MALL Limassol team is looking for a friendly and enthusiastic candidate for its information desk.
Key duties and responsibilities:
- Assisting customers via telephone, responding professionally to customer’s orders or inquiries.
- Checking the opening and closing times of the shops.
- Providing general information and guidance to customers that visit MYMALL.
- Receiving customer’s complaints.
- Communicating and interacting with MYMALL’s management offices where necessary.
- Excellent command of Greek and English language.
- Basic computer skills.
- Previous experience in customer service, hotels, cafeterias, restaurants etc will be considered a significant plus.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Punctual and reliable.
- Show adaptability, flexibility, efficiency, energy and initiative.
What we offer:
- Friendly and enjoyable working environment.
- 5 working hours/day.
- Fixed salary – up to 30 hours per week – anything above that is paid extra.
- Annual leave.
