Information Desk Clerk

MY MALL Limassol team is looking for a friendly and enthusiastic candidate for its information desk.

Key duties and responsibilities:

  • Assisting customers via telephone, responding professionally to customer’s orders or inquiries.
  • Checking the opening and closing times of the shops.
  • Providing general information and guidance to customers that visit MYMALL.
  • Receiving customer’s complaints.
  • Communicating and interacting with MYMALL’s management offices where necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent command of Greek and English language.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service, hotels, cafeterias, restaurants etc will be considered a significant plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Punctual and reliable.
  • Show adaptability, flexibility, efficiency, energy and initiative.

What we offer:

  1. Friendly and enjoyable working environment.
  2. 5 working hours/day.
  3. Fixed salary – up to 30 hours per week – anything above that is paid extra.
  4. Annual leave.
