INTERLINK GROUP seeks to recruit a Front Office Administrator for its Luxury Commercial Building in Limassol.

Front Office Administrator

Requirements

  • Very good written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English

  • Degree/Diploma of any technical study direction (Technician Engineer)

  • Excellent organization skills

  • IT Literate

  • Customer service attitude

  • Professional attitude and appearance

  • Previous experience in relevant position will be considered as additional qualification.

Job Description

  • Welcoming visitors and clients

  • Routing inward and outward telephone requests and e-mails

  • Recording information in CRM Company system

  • Routing inward and outward correspondence

  • Telephone Coverage

  • Ability in problem solving

Working days and hours: Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 1:00pm and 2:30pm – 6:00pm

Attractive Remuneration based on experience.
