Limassol Agora: Ζητείται Accounting Assistant – Λεμεσός

Limassol AGORA is looking for Accounting Assistant to join its team of professionals.

Responsibilities:

  • Income Audit on daily bases, cost control, month end stock count
  • Bookkeeping of banks and bank reconciliation
  • Maintain and update accounts payable and expenses control
  • Communication with suppliers
  • Maintains and balances subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions; resolving discrepancies
  • Handling accruals and pre-payments on invoices issued and received
  • Managing day to day transactions
  • Any other task that might be requested by management

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting
  • Knowledge of Intelisoft software program is an advantage
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office programs
  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience as an accountant is an advantage
  • Fluency in Greek and English (Written & Spoken) is a must
  • Organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines
  • Communication and teamwork skills
  • Self – motivated, energetic with the ability to work under pressure.
