Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensure the smooth operation of the office
- Provide reception and administrative support, scheduling appointments and meetings accepting and distributing deliveries (letters/ packages) in a timely manner way.
- Maintain, update and organize systematically all fillings and cabinets.
Qualifications and Skills:
- High School Graduate or College Diploma.
- Previous working experience in a similar role will be considered as an advantage
- Holder of LCCI Level 2 – Intermediate certificate will be considered as an additional qualification.
- Strong computer skills – Proficient in MS Office
- Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills.
- Pleasant personality, professionalism and team-work spirit.
