Property Management Assistant

This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment—ideal for individuals who are organised, people-oriented, and ready to grow.
About the Role
You’ll play a key role in creating smooth, enjoyable stays for guests across our growing short-term rental portfolio. From coordinating turnovers and guest check-ins to resolving minor issues, you’ll be central to day-to-day operations. You’ll be based at our modern office in Zakaki and will also move between properties when needed.
This role suits someone early in their career who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and thrives in a dynamic setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for short-term guests post-booking
- Facilitate smooth check-in and check-out processes, including key handovers and guest orientation
- Coordinate apartment turnovers, including cleaning, laundry, and basic maintenance inspections
- Liaise with cleaners, laundry services, and maintenance staff to ensure prompt and thorough property preparation
- Report any issues or maintenance needs to the Operations Manager and assist in their resolution
- Maintain accurate records in the property management system
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and minor concerns professionally and efficiently
- Assist with inventory tracking for amenities and supplies

- Previous experience in hospitality, property management, or customer service is preferred
- Familiarity with booking platforms and property management systems is a plus
Minimum Requirements
- Own car and valid driver’s license (essential for moving between properties)
- Smartphone with mobile data and ability to use mobile apps
- Flexible availability to support check-ins and handle any urgent guest matters that may arise outside of typical hours- including some evenings, weekends, or holidays.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
- Permission to work in the country
