Description
The role of the Office Administrator is to provide exceptional customer service to our clients and a willingness to assist our agents in their daily duties.
Duties include

Welcoming Visitors and Clients

Manage/direct incoming calls from Clients
-
Manage/direct leads from online sources
-
Recording information in the CRM system
-
Handling inward and outward correspondence
-
Electronic and hard copy filing
-
Preparation of agreements and documents
-
Preparation of reports
-
Support the sales team
-
Reporting to Office Manager
Requirements
-
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in administrative position, experience within the Real Estate Sector will be considered an advantage
-
MS Office and Computer Literate
-
Strong communication and coordination skills
-
Office organization
-
Professional attitude and appearance
-
Excellent customer service
-
Fluent in Greek and English, spoken and written
-
Good knowledge and/or experience in Land registry procedures is an advantage
