Description

The role of the Office Administrator is to provide exceptional customer service to our clients and a willingness to assist our agents in their daily duties.

Duties include

  • Welcoming Visitors and Clients

  • Manage/direct incoming calls from Clients

  • Manage/direct leads from online sources

  • Recording information in the CRM system

  • Handling inward and outward correspondence

  • Electronic and hard copy filing

  • Preparation of agreements and documents

  • Preparation of reports

  • Support the sales team

  • Reporting to Office Manager

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in administrative position, experience within the Real Estate Sector will be considered an advantage

  • MS Office and Computer Literate

  • Strong communication and coordination skills

  • Office organization

  • Professional attitude and appearance

  • Excellent customer service

  • Fluent in Greek and English, spoken and written

  • Good knowledge and/or experience in Land registry procedures is an advantage
