Marfields Group: Ζητείται Accountant – Λεμεσός

Marfields Group, a group of companies operating in the development of luxurious high-rise residential projects in Cyprus, is looking to hire an accountant to join the team.

Role Responsibilites:

• Insure proper accounting records for different companies in the group
• issuing invoices
• Monthly reconciliations of banks, vendors, general ledger accounts and intercompany balances.
• Communication with Vendors
• Preparation of bank Transfers and payments
• Assisting with quarterly VAT preparation
• Assisting with Payroll preparation
• Assist in audit requests
• Preparation of various reports (weekly and monthly) in excel
• Filing of documents
• Handling Petty cash records
• Able to assist with any duty the directors request from the accounitng department.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Working experience in an accounting department of at least 2 years
• Good Knowledge of VAT
• Ability to work in dynamic environment and meet deadlines
• Team Player
• Very good knowledge of MS Office especially excel
• Attention to detail.
• Experience with Priority ERP system will be considered as an advantage.
