American Medical Center / American Heart Institute is seeking to recruit a Personal Assistant Administrative Assistant / Receptionist for an Associate Doctor.
Duties & Responsibilities
- General admin and secretarial duties
- Scheduling appointments
- Ordering and stock taking of office supplies
- Answering, screening and/or forwarding incoming phone calls.
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Coordinate office procedures (emails, receipts, invoices, medical insurance etc.)
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications
- Fluency of Greek and English language.
- Effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organisational skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Uses time efficiently.
- Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
- Administrative background and/or certificate will be considered an advantage.
- Previous hospital experience will also be considered an advantage.
- Customer service orientation.
- Trustworthy and reliable person.
- Good problem-solving skills, ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
The candidate must be flexible to work on a split schedule basis.
