1.  Chief Financial Officer

Due to our expansion and strategic development, we are looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer or CFO to perform effective risk management, control and plan the organization’s financial strategy.  It is expected that the CFO must be well-versed in all aspects of financial management ranging from accounting, costing, financial analysis and reporting to broad investments and operations.

The goal is to manage the company’s revenues and profits to achieve our strategy and sustainable growth.

Responsibilities:
• Drive the company’s financial planning
• Perform risk management by analyzing the organization’s liabilities and investments
• Decide on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks
• Control and evaluate the organization’s plans and capital structure
• Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization’s operations
• Supervise all finance personnel (controllers, treasurers etc.)
• Prepare reliable current and forecasting reports
• Ensure compliance with the law and company’s policies
• Manage team of financial controllers and financial analysts

Requirements:
• Proven experience as CFO or relevant role
• In depth knowledge of risk management and financial practices
• Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
• Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software (e.g. SAP)
• Ability to strategize and solve problems
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and people skills
• An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers
• BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance or relevant field; ACCA and MSc/MBA is a plus

2.  Hospitality Manager 

Due to our expansion and strategic development, we are seeking for an experienced Hospitality Manager to join our Executive Team.

Our Customer Service strategy is geared towards premium service that fuses health care services with hospitality for exceptional patient experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating hospitality and customer service related activities ensuring patient and service user satisfaction. The position requires focus on ensuring exceptional customer experience, pro active leadership and problem solving. Excellent communication and organizational skills are vital.

Responsibilities:
• Organize and coordinate Customer /Front Office Services, Housekeeping and Food and Beverage to ensure maximum efficiency and quality
• To ensure compliance with all Health & Safety, Cleanliness standards,HACCP,Infection control and legislative requirements
• Supervise and evaluate staff
• Ensure supplies and equipment are adequate in quantity and quality
• Handle customer complaints when necessary
• Assume responsibility of budgeting and monitoring expenses
• Enforce adherence to regulations and quality standards
• Ensure all records are kept properly and consistently
• Review and prepare reports for senior management

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a hospitality manager, deputy hospitality manager or room division manager
• Hands-on experience in customer service within a hospitality setting
• Solid understanding of hospitality procedures and best practices
• Knowledge of quality standards (e.g. ISO)
• Proficient in MS Office and relevant software (e.g. ERP)
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills

3.  HR Manager

Due to our expansion and strategic development, we are seeking to recruit an ambitious people oriented HR Manager to join the Executive Team of the Hospital.

It is expected that the HR Manager will play a key leadership role in supporting amongst others the delivery of our strategy and business plan in a pro-active manner.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating and monitoring HR functions related to employee performance evaluations, recruitment process and trainings
  • Managing the Departmental budget
  • Revising and developing the HR Policies
  • Culture development to support the vision
  • Organisational behaviour transformation projects
  • Compliance to statutory and accreditation requirements and standards
  • HR administration

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of experience as an HR Manager preferably in a hospital or other relevant industry
  • Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management is required
  • Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English language
  • Solid knowledge of Cyprus labour law and understanding of HR policies, procedures and best practices
  • Knowledge of quality standards

4.  Marketing and Business Development Manager

Due to our expansion and strategic development, we are seeking to recruit a motivated leader for the position of Marketing and Business Development Manager to manage the promotion of our brand and services to existing and new customers and medical associates and to execute our Sales and Marketing strategy. It is expected that the Marketing and Business Development Manager will have a key role in supporting the ambitious growth targets derived from our new services developed through significant investments.

Responsibilities:

  • Day to day running of the Marketing and Business functions.
  • Create and implement a detailed annual Marketing plan within budget, in conjunction with overall business strategy.
  • New business development
  • Ensuring effective, branded marketing communications including the company website, social media communication management, print communication, and advertising. Ensuring effective communication internally also.
  • Manage major projects such as PR events, new service launches, Marketing campaigns, Scientific/medical events.
  • Liaise with and manage all external agencies, such as PR, Creative, On-line, Media Buyers, Medical Publications.
  • Update Press Releases from outside agencies.
  • Liaise with all department Managers in-house,and Associate Doctors in creating marketing information/promotions for different areas / business divisions
  • Provide market research and market intelligence , maintain awareness of competitor activity and general healthcare industry updates
  • Maintain high level of knowledge of Hospital’s clinical/medical services.
  • Manage creation and distribution of Internal Newsletter (Spotlight on Staff) for internal communication within hospital. Manage relationship management with newly enlisted Associate Doctors
  • Researching and evaluating new opportunities for the business, and customer needs and insights.

Requirements:

  • Expert in Internet and social media strategy with a demonstrated track record.
  • Ability to source new business and identify partners for collaboration
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required
  • Display awareness and appreciation of the service users and the ability to empathise with and treat others with dignity and respect.
  • Demonstrate an ability to apply knowledge to best practice.
  • Demonstrate the ability to effectively evaluate information and make appropriate decisions.
  • Display effective communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to collaborate with colleagues, patients/service users and their families
  • Masters Degree with 10 years marketing experience within the service/medical/health industry or other related industry

5.  Medical Director

Due to our expansion and strategic development, we are seeking for a Medical Director (Medical Doctor) to coordinate our medical teams and to achieve the daily goals and overall mission of providing a high level of clinical, medical and patient safety. The Medical Director will ensure that all medical staff and Associate Doctors comply with the hospitals policies, systems, and medical guidelines and compliance to the legislation relating to Private Hospitals as set by the Ministry of Health.

The Medical Director will work to improve the overall care quality and safety of our hospital and work to enhance relationships with Associate Doctors who co operate with our hospital.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing In -house Doctors (Wards/Accident and Emergency/ICU/ Anaesthetists/Diagnostics)
  • Examining and coordinating the hospital medical practices to ensure medical quality
  • Conducting Clinical Audits to monitor service levels, quality, effectiveness of medial/clinical practices, compliance to guidelines and best practices.
  • Deal with overall Clinical governance and Scientific issues in co-operation with the Clinical Governance Committee ,the Scientific Council and Infection Control Committee
  • Manage and ensure compliance to the Integrated Quality and Health and Safety systems and Accreditations
  • Liaising with medical and non-medical departments to ensure optimal patient pathway
  • Updating, amending, and replacing medical policies with the advice of the Scientific Council
  • Developing cooperation between Doctors, paramedics, nurses, and medical departments

Requirements:

  • A Medical degree with specialisation
  • A license and certification to practice medicine according to the laws of the Republic of Cyprus
  • Ten or more years’ experience in clinical medicine
  • Five or more years’ experience in hospital administration
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Excellent managerial and organizational skills
