RESPONSIBILITIES
- Organizing office procedures
- Welcoming visitors, answering phone calls, replying to correspondence
- Collecting payments and assisting with accounts if required
- Providing technical support if necessary
- Coordinating and managing appointments
- Overseeing the maintenance of office supplies
- Stock control ( receiving packages, maintaining records of stock levels)
- Performing any other ad hoc duties if required
REQUIREMENTS
- A relevant diploma or degree in business administration or a related field
- 2 or 3 years experience in office administration
- Fluency in Greek and English
- Proficient in a variety of computer software applications
- Multi-tasking and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
