RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Organizing office procedures
  • Welcoming visitors, answering phone calls, replying to correspondence
  • Collecting payments and assisting with accounts if required
  • Providing technical support if necessary
  • Coordinating and managing appointments
  • Overseeing the maintenance of office supplies
  • Stock control ( receiving packages, maintaining records of stock levels)
  • Performing any other ad hoc duties if required

REQUIREMENTS 

  • A relevant diploma or degree in business administration or a related field
  • 2 or 3 years experience in office administration
  • Fluency in Greek and English
  • Proficient in a variety of computer software applications
  • Multi-tasking and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
