Leading manufacturer of professional chemicals and provider of cleaning maintenance services would like to hire for its offices in Larnaca an office Administrator.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support Day to Day Office activities and Project Team’s requests
  • Reporting and Document Controlling
  • Administrative activities including mail correspondence.
  • Handling calls, office supplies and stationery.
  • Prepare tenders.
  • Performs other administrative assignments as required.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Basic Knowledge of designing programs like CorelDraw, Adobe Illustrator.
  • Minimum 1 year of previous experience in Administrative duties
  • Native Greek Speaker with excellent knowledge of English Language is mandatory
  • Good Knowledge use of Windows suite for PC.
  • Diploma or University Degree will be preferred.
