Leading manufacturer of professional chemicals and provider of cleaning maintenance services would like to hire for its offices in Larnaca an office Administrator.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Support Day to Day Office activities and Project Team’s requests
- Reporting and Document Controlling
- Administrative activities including mail correspondence.
- Handling calls, office supplies and stationery.
- Prepare tenders.
- Performs other administrative assignments as required.
Qualifications & Skills
- Basic Knowledge of designing programs like CorelDraw, Adobe Illustrator.
- Minimum 1 year of previous experience in Administrative duties
- Native Greek Speaker with excellent knowledge of English Language is mandatory
- Good Knowledge use of Windows suite for PC.
- Diploma or University Degree will be preferred.
