Trust International Insurance Company (Cyprus) Ltd is looking to recruit an Office Administrator for full time employment in Nicosia, Head Offices. This position revolves around the well-being of staff in terms of computer equipment, telephony and other related services, properly maintained facilities including the company’s branches and agent network.
- Procurement and distribution of IT equipment & Office Supplies
- First level technical support of users, remote users and associates
- Operation of printing solution; toners, waste toners, cleaning, updates etc.
- Operation of buildings’ peripherals; fire alarm, sensors, access control maintenance, HVAC and other smart-building equipment.
- Connecting of office equipment
- Routine visits on all branches to address common issues; tidying up cables, lightings, repairs etc.
- Administrative based duties such as trainings, assistance on daily tasks.
- Head office building and branches maintenance, overall and contents
- Handling Health and Safety duties
- Staff needs (Furniture, office equipment), relocations
- Handling access control and time-attendance to the facilities
- Recycling / waste management of IT equipment
- College degree on relevant subject
- Knowledge of MS Office, Windows O/S
- Excellent communication skills
- Working both individually and as part of a team
- Fluency in both Greek and English
