Manpower Cyprus, on behalf of our client, a clothing manufacturer with retail stores across Europe, we are seeking to recruit Sales Assistants, to be based at our client’s store in Nicosia / Larnaca / Limassol.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for serving customers in the store and answering their needs in a timely manner in order to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and achieve optimum sales results.

Duties

• Practice professional salesmanship within the guidelines of store policy to achieve maximum sales and the maximum customer satisfaction
• Promote total customer service in a friendly way and as the most important consideration in every transaction
• Maintain an organized and well-stocked merchandise area
• Communicate stock replenishment needs to the Store Manager
• Develop and maintain product knowledge of merchandise

Skills and Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Proven experience in retail stores (male clothing preferably)
• Strong sale skills and desire to achieve store’s monthly targets
• Friendly and approachable
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Fluent  in Greek / English
• Knowledge of Russian will be considered an advantage

Remuneration
