Who we are looking for:

  • A client focused professional, with a pleasant personality, ready to work effectively and efficiently as part of our team

Ideal Candidates:

  • Law Degree will be considered an advantage
  • Fluent in both verbal and written Greek and English at a proficient business level
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft office
  • Customer service orientated
  • Professional manner and appearance
  • At least 5 years relevant experience

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of Legal documents (Sales/Purchase and Rental Agreements, Commission Agreements etc.)
  • Welcoming visitors and clients
  • Manage/direct incoming calls from clients
  • Manage/direct incoming leads from online sources
  • Record details in the CRM database system
  • Route inward and outward correspondence
  • Office organization and reporting
  • Electronic and hard copy archive of company /sales associates’ documents
  • Preparation of reports
  •    Report to the Office Manager
  • Provide overall support and assistance to the sales associates
