The Administrator/Personal Assistant will support the office manager with daily tasks and liaise with clients and collaborators. In this role, she/he will be responsible for scheduling meetings, coordinate tasks, and handling correspondence. She/he will also coordinate and manage the administration of conferences.
•Reporting to senior management and performing administrative duties.
•Note taking, typing, formatting and editing reports, documents, and presentations.
•Entering data, maintaining databases, and keeping records.
•Liaising with internal departments, answering calls, and making travel arrangements.
•Managing internal and external correspondence on behalf of senior management.
•Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and sending reminders.
•Copying, scanning, and faxing documents.
•Observing best business practices and etiquette.
Excellent interpersonal and communicational skills, both written and verbal, in Greek and English
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
•College or University degree in relevant field
•Certification in secretarial work, office administration, or related training.
•Certification in the use of Microsoft Office
•Working knowledge of printers, copiers, scanners, fax machines and the internet.
•Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks.
•Advanced typing, note-taking, recordkeeping, and organizational skills.
•Previous experience in a related field for at least 5 years.
The remuneration package includes 13th salary and all General Healthcare System. Final salary agreed will be based on qualifications.
